Va apar\u00e8ixer casualment el terme &#8220;m\u00e0rqueting digital&#8221; i un dels tertulians va dir &#8220;Ah, s\u00ed, all\u00f2 de les xarxes socials i tal, \u00bfno&#8230;?&#8221; Un comentari propi d&#8217;alg\u00fa que no en tenia ni idea. La meva primera impressi\u00f3 va ser d&#8217;estupor, per\u00f2 comprenc que no tothom comparteix la meva \u00f2rbita mental i cada persona t\u00e9 el dret a viure en el seu propi univers, sense donar la m\u00e9s m\u00ednima import\u00e0ncia a q\u00fcestions que, per a mi, s\u00f3n fonamentals per entendre el m\u00f3n actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb l&#8217;\u00e0nim de posar llum a la foscor i ajudar l&#8217;individu a entendre r\u00e0pidament que \u00e9s el m\u00e0rqueting digital, vaig intentar sintetitzar-ho en una sola frase &#8220;en mode tertuli\u00e0&#8221;, per\u00f2 em vaig adonar que era gens senzill. Tampoc era un moment adequat per treure a relluir les meves altes virtuts d&#8217;orat\u00f2ria amb un elaborat discurs professional. &nbsp;Era complicat parlar de <a href=\"\/ca?page_id=1895\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">m\u00e0rqueting de cercado<\/a>rs, de <a href=\"\/ca?page_id=1921\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">social ads<\/a> o <a href=\"\/ca?page_id=1922\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plataformes d&#8217;enviaments massius<\/a> sense risc de quedar com el llest de la classe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La simple definici\u00f3 del m\u00e0rqueting tampoc \u00e9s f\u00e0cil<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que desagradi en el sector de la publicitat, el simple terme &#8220;m\u00e0rqueting&#8221; sempre ha comportat certa aura d&#8217;artifici, amb intencions manipuladores sobre el que \u00e9s real i el que \u00e9s fals. El concepte com\u00fa en les m\u00faltiples definicions existents del m\u00e0rqueting \u00e9s &#8220;aconseguir la satisfacci\u00f3 del client&#8221;, \u00e9s a dir, que tot si val si el nostre p\u00fablic comprador se sent satisfet. En els quaranta anys d&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia del m\u00e0rqueting sense Internet, el m\u00e0rqueting va utilitzar unes eines que nom\u00e9s estaven a l&#8217;abast de les empreses, per\u00f2 amb l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 d&#8217;Internet, avui qualsevol individu pot aplicar totes aquestes t\u00e8cniques per &#8220;vendre&#8217;s&#8221; i aconseguir l&#8217;\u00e8xit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e8 si no pretenen els <em>influencers<\/em> amb la seva audi\u00e8ncia? Satisfer els seus &#8220;clients&#8221; o seguidors. Si recorren a les t\u00e8cniques de l&#8217;artifici i la imaginaci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pies del m\u00e0rqueting \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 les tenen a l&#8217;abast i funcionen. Internet ha multiplicat les formes del m\u00e0rqueting tradicional, ha creat nous canals, ha provocat el naixement de dispositius intel\u00b7ligents i ha elevat a l&#8217;en\u00e8sima pot\u00e8ncia les possibilitats comunicatives i persuasives de la publicitat. Unes possibilitats desenvolupades per a les empreses, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 utilitzades per individus a nivell personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El m\u00e0rqueting digital \u00e9s satisfer el client mitjan\u00e7ant Internet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb la frase del titular anterior, potser es podria resoldre la papereta de resumir el m\u00e0rqueting digital en una frase dirigida a ne\u00f2fits en la mat\u00e8ria, per\u00f2 em fa la impressi\u00f3 que rebaixa la real magnitud d&#8217;aquesta activitat. A ulls de qualsevol, el m\u00e0rqueting ha transcendit el concepte de client i l&#8217;ha portat al concepte de l&#8217;audi\u00e8ncia. Perqu\u00e8 si b\u00e9 \u00e9s cert que la finalitat sempre \u00e9s vendre, \u00e9s a dir, comerciar productes o serveis i fer negoci, el gran repte del m\u00e0rqueting modern \u00e9s cultivar una audi\u00e8ncia pr\u00f2pia. Estem en una gran lluita per atrapar nous clients, assolir nous seguidors en xarxes i projectar el nostre millor perfil personal, ja sigui a trav\u00e9s de Tinder, de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/advertis\/mycompany\/?viewAsMember=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Linkedin<\/a> o TikTok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En definitiva, quan en una trobada informal i no professional em torni a trobar en la situaci\u00f3 de definir el m\u00e0rqueting digital, crec que ho resumir\u00e9 amb un &#8220;<em>\u00e9s tot all\u00f2 que pots veure per mitj\u00e0 del m\u00f2bil i que tu tamb\u00e9 pots fer<\/em>&#8220;.
